Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) before being handed off to the carrier
Transit Time: Standard Ground delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location
Weekend Delivery: Please note that delivery estimates are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday). Ground carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays

Lost & Stolen Packages: Pomy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery
Delivery Estimates: Estimated arrival dates are strictly estimates and are not guaranteed. We highly recommend planning ahead for time-sensitive events
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping from our USA warehouse at this time
