We want you to love your Pomy Sports gear! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our Refund Policy before submitting your request to ensure your order qualifies.

Before You Submit

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Please have your order number ready — it can be found in your confirmation email (e.g., #1001).
  • Once submitted, allow 2–3 business days for us to review your request.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your request is approved or denied.
